The 3 J Ranch Bed and Breakfast is centrally located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. It is just a short 15 minute drive from Fredericksburg on paved roads. You will travel through scenic farm and ranch lands.

Take US Highway 87 North from Fredericksburg, Texas. Go about 17 miles to Cherry Spring. Turn right on Cherry Spring Road. Go ½ mile to Blessing Way. There is a red Street marker. Turn right on Blessing Way, a gravel road.

Watch out for our guard rabbits. You may see them early in the morning or late in the evening in the yard.

Go through the metal gate decorated with a metal Indian on horseback and the angels on the posts guarding the gate. You have arrived. The cabin to your left is the "Pump House".  We want you to enjoy your stay.
