Our Rates for the cabin, "The Pump House", is $125 per night for one or two people on Friday or Saturday night - plus motel tax. Each additional person will be charged $20 per night - plus motel tax. This includes a continental breakfast. On weekday nights (Sunday through Thursday), rates are discounted. One or two persons on weekdays would be $100 - plus tax. Each additional person would be $20 - plus tax. This includes a Continental breakfast. We can accommodate four persons - using the queen-sized sleeper-sofa in the living room.

We have reduced rates by the week. This does not include breakfast or maid service.

We accept cash, personal checks, Visa and MasterCard. You must use a credit card to reserve the cabin.  If you book the cabin, and cancel within three days of your reservation, we will charge you for one day's rental or ½ of the full rental, whichever is the larger amount. If we are able to book the cabin after you have cancelled, we will charge you only $35. 

CHILDREN, PETS, SMOKING, MEALS

Children supervised by conscientious parents are welcome. But you should make note of the physical conditions out here if you plan to bring children. They will require close observation to keep them out of trouble, and unwounded. We do not have facilities for infants. If you bring your own small, portable crib, etc. we will see if we can accommodate you.

There is to be NO SMOKING in the cabin. Smoking outside is permitted, but please be careful. When we have drought conditions, any careless spark can burn thousands of acres and many homes.

We have enough critters on the ranch. We do not allow any other pets. Sorry.

A Continental breakfast will be furnished with daily rentals. For weekly rentals, there is no breakfast included. There are plenty of dishes, pots, and pans for you to cook full meals in the kitchen.  Fredericksburg is close enough to run in to eat if you wish.

CLEANING FEES

Your cabin will be cleaned as part of the rental fee. If, however, there is any damage done to the cabin, additional cleaning fees, repair fees, or replacement fees will be charged to you. This includes sanitizing a Non-Smoking cabin that someone smoked in.
